Wavistry ("we", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. We are based in the European Union and process data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable national law.
1. Data controller
The data controller responsible for your data in relation to the Wavistry app and website is the Wavistry team. You can contact us at hello@wavistry.com.
2. No registration or account
We do not require you to create an account or register. We do not store your data on our servers.
3. In-app purchases and RevenueCat
In-app purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play). To manage your purchases and entitlements (e.g. unlocking features), we use RevenueCat. RevenueCat may receive information such as device identifiers, purchase tokens, and product usage data to verify and restore your purchases. This processing is necessary to perform our contract with you (delivering the features you purchased).
RevenueCat's privacy policy applies to their processing: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy. Apple and Google also have their own privacy policies governing purchase-related data.
4. Data we do not collect
We do not collect or store your name, email, or other personal data. Purchase-related data is processed by RevenueCat and the store platforms, not stored by us.
5. Website
We do not use cookies or tracking for analytics or advertising. If you contact us by email, we use your address only to respond unless you consent otherwise.
6. Your rights (EU / GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:
- Access – request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Rectification – request correction of inaccurate data
- Erasure – request deletion of your data
