Terms of Use

Last updated: March 2026. These terms apply to the Wavistry mobile app and the wavistry.art website.

By downloading, installing, or using the Wavistry app, or by using the wavistry.art website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

1. Use of the app and website

Wavistry is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the app to create and save wallpapers on your device. Reselling or otherwise commercially distributing images or wallpapers created with the app is prohibited. You may not use the app or website for any illegal purpose, to infringe others' rights, or to distribute malware or harmful content. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if we believe you have violated these terms.

2. In-app purchases

The app may offer in-app purchases (e.g. premium features or subscriptions). Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) in accordance with their respective terms and payment policies. We use RevenueCat to manage purchases and entitlements; RevenueCat's terms and privacy policy also apply to that part of the service.

Refunds and billing disputes are handled by Apple or Google. We do not store your payment details; all payment processing is done by the store. By making a purchase, you agree to the applicable store's terms and conditions.

3. No account or data storage

We do not require registration and do not store your data on our servers. Purchase and entitlement data are processed by RevenueCat and the store platforms; see our Privacy Policy.

4. "As is" disclaimer

Wavistry is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app or website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the app or website or any in-app purchases. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or the minimum amount permitted by law.

6. Changes to the service and terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app or website at any time. We may also update these Terms of Use. We will post the updated terms on this page and indicate the date of the last update. Continued use of the app or website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you should stop using the app and website.

7. Applicable law and disputes (EU)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, these terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, and you may benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws. Any dispute shall be subject to the courts of your country. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
